Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Synaps. By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using Synaps, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU/EEA) and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
Synaps is a sound frequency wellness application that provides:

Synaps is not a medical device, treatment, or therapy. The binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, and sound environments provided are intended for general wellness, relaxation, and entertainment purposes only.
Sound frequency content does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The wellness claims associated with specific frequencies are based on limited research and individual experiences may vary significantly.
If you have any medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before using Synaps. This is especially important if you have epilepsy, seizure disorders, or other neurological conditions, as certain audio patterns may trigger adverse reactions in susceptible individuals.
Do not use Synaps while driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity that requires full attention.
Seizure Warning
Binaural beats and certain audio frequencies may affect individuals with epilepsy or seizure disorders. If you have a history of seizures, photosensitive epilepsy, or any neurological condition, consult your doctor before using this application. Discontinue use immediately if you experience discomfort, dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, involuntary movements, disorientation, or convulsions.
To access certain features, you must create an account using email/password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:
You may delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete Account). Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Synaps offers limited free access, including 3 complimentary listening sessions to explore the app's features.
Premium features are available through the following subscription plans:
New users may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google.
You agree not to:
All content within Synaps — including but not limited to soundscapes, audio compositions, visual designs, logos, icons, and text — is owned by or licensed to Synaps and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content within the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Synaps at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Synaps ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
